The module is installed as a typical payment module and later appears on the list of payments to select with an additional description informing the customer that he selects the payment on delivery and will be added the amount set by us in the configuration tab of the module.

Description

Features and advantages of the payment module for an additional fee:

  • ability to set a fixed global amount added to the order
  • the ability to set a percentage amount of the global net or gross value of the cost of delivery, which will be added to the order
  • support for split orders when one product is delivered by method A and the other by method B then the surcharge is added from each carrier
  • ability to set a fixed amount added to the order for a given delivery method
  • possibility to set percentage amount of net or gross value of delivery cost which will be added to the order for the given delivery method
  • a possibility to choose the country for which the additional fee will be added
  • possibility of switching off the order summary, in which case after choosing the payment method it is immediately placed without additional confirmation.
  • option to set the order value from which the additional fee will not be charged
  • ability to enable or disable the module for selected currencies, countries, etc.
  • the amount of the additional order is automatically added to the delivery costs of the order and appears on the order in the management panel
