Professional integration of the PrestaShop store with the Opineo.pl — Trusted Reviews service. The module automatically sends order data to the Opineo SDK, displays the customer consent form for the satisfaction survey, and enables the display of review widgets on the store pages.

After placing an order and giving consent by the customer, Opineo sends a satisfaction survey on the selected day after the order. The collected reviews build the store’s credibility on Opineo.pl and affect positioning in price comparison engines.

How it works

  1. The customer places an order and gives consent to the survey (checkbox at checkout)
  2. The module saves the consent and order data
  3. On the next page load, the module sends the data to the Opineo SDK
  4. Opineo sends a satisfaction survey by email after the configured time
  5. The collected reviews appear in the store profile on Opineo.pl

Trusted Reviews is a program by Opineo.pl that allows online stores to collect reviews from their customers. After placing an order, the customer receives an invitation to a satisfaction survey. The collected reviews build the store's credibility on Opineo.pl and affect its visibility in price comparison websites.

You can find the store UID identifier in the Opineo.pl panel after logging in, in the installation instructions section for the Trusted Reviews program. It is a unique string of characters assigned to your store.

The company ID is available under the store name after logging in to the Opineo.pl panel. This is the identification number required to configure the following widgets: Slider, Customers Love Us, and Review Widget.

The Widget Slider is an element displayed at the edge of the page (left or right) that shows the store certificate and the latest reviews in the form of a sliding slider. It can be vertical or horizontal, with a configurable margin from the top of the page.

This is a badge displayed in the left or right column of the store, showing the Opineo rating and certificate. Available in 4 sizes (140px, 180px, 200px, 270px) and 2 colour schemes (light, dark).

A widget displaying the latest customer reviews in the form of an iframe. It can be placed on the homepage and/or in the footer of the product page. Configurable number of reviews (1-8) and width (180-600px).

When placing an order, the customer sees a checkbox requesting consent to receive a satisfaction survey. The module saves the customer's decision and passes the order data to the Opineo SDK. The form can be displayed before the delivery methods, below the cart summary, or anywhere using a custom hook.

Yes. The Hide consent form option causes automatic acceptance without displaying the checkbox. This is useful when consent to the survey is included in the store's terms and conditions.

This option allows the consent checkbox to be selected by default. The customer can still deselect it. When enabled, most customers will give consent (because the checkbox is already selected), which will increase the number of reviews collected.

The survey dispatch time is configurable from 1 to 30 days. It is recommended to set the time close to the delivery time so that the customer can evaluate both the purchasing process and the product received.

The module sends: the customer's email address, the order reference number, the waiting time for the survey, and the list of products from the order (ID, name, EAN, reference, manufacturer). The data is sent via the Opineo SDK on the front office page.

Yes. The module is compatible with PrestaShop 1.7.0 to 9.x and PHP 7.0 to 8.5. It uses a dual translation system and correct version detection.

The module loads CSS and JavaScript only on checkout pages (where the consent form is displayed). The Slider Widget is loaded asynchronously. Data is sent to the Opineo SDK once, after the order is placed.

Yes. Select the Custom hook option in the configuration, and then add the following tag to the theme's TPL template: {hook h=displayPdOpineoOpinieCustom}. The form will appear where the tag is placed.

When uninstalling, the module removes the database table with order tracking and all configuration keys. The data on Opineo.pl (collected reviews) remains intact.
