Features and benefits of the GPSR Pro module
- Full compliance with the GPSR Regulation (EU 2023/988) — the module covers all requirements of Articles 4, 9, 16 and 19 of the General Product Safety Regulation, including manufacturer data, authorised representative, responsible economic operator, warnings, Safety Gate and a safety issue reporting mechanism
- Structured manufacturer data — instead of free text, the module requires complete manufacturer address details: company name, trade name, postal address, postcode, city, country, email, phone, website URL — with completeness validation and a mandatory electronic address in accordance with Article 9(5)(c) GPSR
- Authorised representative in the EU — a dedicated entity for representatives of manufacturers outside the EU (Art. 9(6)), with the ability to assign one representative to multiple manufacturers, automatic display on the product page only when the manufacturer is based outside the EU, and full contact details
- Responsible economic operator — management of entities with 4 roles (manufacturer, importer, distributor, fulfilment service provider), a default operator for the entire store with the option to override per product, display on product pages and category listings in accordance with Article 19 GPSR
- 14 predefined EU safety pictograms in SVG — CE marking, choking hazard, flammability, corrosiveness, electrical hazard, keep away from fire, recycling, do not swallow, eye protection, read the instructions, WEEE, packaging recycling — sharp and scalable vector icons with PL/EN translations
- Safety warnings and markings system — create custom warnings with multilingual name and description, upload SVG/PNG pictograms, bulk assign to products, sort items — dedicated admin panel with HelperList
- GPSR compliance dashboard — coloured indicator cards (products with manufacturer, structured data, EU representatives, economic operators, GPSR information, product identifiers, Safety Gate, outdated data), language coverage report, issue summary with a fix list
