# PayPal additional fee module for PrestaShop

The PayPal payment module **allows the fee charged for transactions via PayPal to be passed on to the customer**; in the configuration of the PayPal payment module, we set a percentage value and/or a fixed amount to be added to the order, and the additional fee is included on the invoice.

## Description

## Features and benefits of the additional fee module

 - **the additional fee is included on the invoice**
- **the additional fee appears on the order list as a product named "Fee for payment via PayPal"**
- **the option to set a fixed fee and / or a percentage of the order value including the shipping cost**
- multi-language support (the name and description of the additional fee item are translated according to the customer's language)
- **adding the additional amount consists of adding a product to the cart with a price set to the fee calculated from the order total according to the store settings, thanks to this all amounts in the order, including those on the invoice, match each other**
- free updates to subsequent development versions of the PayPal module for PrestaShop
- **support for Prestashop versions 1.5x, 1.6.x, 1.7.x, 8.x
**
